Also. Ran a Trophy Dark session in Alfacon 2023. It was the first one I've ran a) face-to-face and b) using the current iteration of the rules (with pvp rules, a huge improvement). Damn that game sings. And stings (the incursion I ran was A Warm and Pleasant Hum).

I only read the scenario once before running, and the players had not played Trophy before. The structure an Incursion gives the GM is really excellent. A++, will run again.

Just travelling home from Alfacon 2023. Ran a workshop there about Session 0s with the subtitle "I survived yet another meeting that could have been an email" where we discussed what parts of Session 0 could be moved away from the session actual to, for example, email or discord discussions. A lot of stuff that I would have considered essential got cut. I think once I go through the materials we generated, I could have a practical checklist to publish.
