A moody Mersey Estuary for a Sunday morning. Taken from the Wirral across the Mersey from Liverpool. At this viewpoint it's possible to see the iconic Liverpool skyline, the Welsh Mountains and Anglesey, last stronghold of the Druids during the time of Boudicca and the Roman occupation of Britain.

Just trying to ease myself into Sunday. Picture one is of some storm breakers put in place to try to protect Wirral coast from the storms that come in off the Irish Sea.
