Nielsen etc did absolute-calibrated #proteome #transcriptome and #metabalome on yeast in chemostats (C-limited), so another dope data set for the #PieChart Theory of #MicrobialGrowth

Also estimating the % occupancy of individual #enzyme , that 35 or so are >90% used up for throughput, so maybe limiting metabolic chokepoints

Oh and tldr #amino-acids are super limiting so #aminoacidMetabolismRules
