@DaniFilz Ich habe einige in dieser Hinsicht sehr verlässliche Leute aus Alt- #metaltwitter bei mir über Tweets.icu reingezogen … da verpasse ich dann zumindest die besten Releases nicht so fix. Klar kann man dann noch Freaks wie @Kmanriffs folgen, aber das ist dann auch wieder zu viel des Guten - zumindest für meine Timeline und Bedürfnisse. Was manche für Massen an Alben durchjagen … ich höre lieber weniger und das intensiver.

#MetalTwitter and now I guess #MetalMastodon are good sources - following other people passionate about music you like, and music in general often generate interesting quirky surprises too.

Reddit groups are good for that also. I keep meaning on writing something to link trawl reddit/Twitter/masty for links to tidal/Spotify/bandcamp and generate playlists or at least a summary of music to look up.
