The (aviation weather observations) from around the time of (0441 UTC 27 Jan 2023). The 0430 METAR records wind at 16 knots from 050 (straight down runway 05R) but varying from 010 to 070 (likely a factor here). 5km visibility with rain and mist, scattered cloud (approx 50% coverage) at 900ft above ground, broken cloud at 4800ft and overcast at 10000ft. Air pressure is 1008hPa.
