「曝光他，我不但受國安的打壓，還要受社群的質疑。」許多人批評民運圈男性權威與男性氣質成為性騷擾土壤；也有人反擊稱#MeToo抹黑、不顧大局、與中共合謀。

記者採訪了趙威、李元鈞等指控者，也訪問了呂頻和黃思敏律師，嘗試探討這場民運圈生態與文化爭議。

「這些人瘋狂愛着遠大的理想，卻無視身邊具體女性的苦難。」

「我覺得我在生活裏是一個loser，我的身體、安全，什麼都掌控不了。」

「參加民主運動的人，如果不能理解運動夥伴具體的真實的困境，只是沉迷於宏大敘事，甚至利用自己的權威壓迫別人，這就不是一個能夠向前的運動。」

生活費や子育て費用が上昇する最中、家族を築く政府の要請に社会が取り組むにつれ、一部の女性インフルエンサーは、潜在的な夫にとって自分自身をより魅力的に見せることに焦点を当て、オンライントレンドを推進している。
中国のミニブログプラットフォームである微博（ウェイボー）では、女性たちが「妻に相応しいは褒め言葉ではない、不愉快だ」というハッシュタグを付けてこうしたトレンドを攻撃し、何千万ものエンゲージメントを集めている。
中国の若い女性は、一般的な性差別や嫌がらせだけでなく、女性を介護者や主婦とみなす伝統的な性役割に反発を強めている。個々の事件に対する社会的・法的障害や、フェミニストグループへの政府の弾圧にも拘わらず、この国に於ける #MeToo の集計は散発的に続いている。

Je ne "soutiens pas mes potes"(!), j'ai un propos général sur cette façon de traiter ce sujet #MeToo .
Pour certains il y a juste accusation, même pas condamnation, pour d'autres comme Piketty, la justice est passée - il y a 14 ans - mais qu'importe, il faut les exclure à vie du champ public, du débat des idées ou de la culture. Eh bien, je trouve que ça mérite débat

Supongo que viendo esa actitud a mí me hizo lo mismo mientras estaba con su primera ex recuerdo un día que me dijo que cree que estaba fuera y que ya no vivía en la misma ciudad. Yo le quité importancia pero pensé ¿y?
Ahora creo desde la distancia que a mí me hace lo mismo.
Y está pendiente de mis twits parece que me vida le importa mucho y si veo una serie o lo que sea y lo comento ya hace la burla.
Encima lo más triste de todo es que se cree que no salgo de casa, y que no tengo vida. Se burla y hace comentarios porque salgo andar. Yo alucino.
Llevo 5 años sintiéndome como vigilada todo el rato.
Su vida debe de ser aburrida.
