Has anyone heard about this craziness in Jonesboro? These residents in the Tara Woods apartment complex now have to move out of their apartments after the owner of the apartment complex left a $98k unpaid water bill balance!!! Wtf!!!

Unsure why #inclusive #construction are not designed in at the start: Universal access/aging in place homes and affordable housing as a mandated % of the total. Other countries do this, and #passivHaus standards, too. Answer is “the almighty #dollar” I suppose.
Same problem in rural north #georgia which is less affordable and inclusive than #metroAtlanta
