Just not feeling #MetroExodus at all, and it's probably a me thing more than a game thing. I absolutely loved those first two games, but this one isn't grabbing me.

The games have always felt a little plodding, but the atmosphere got me through, and given that they've ditched a lot of what made those OG games so atmospheric, it's a hard sell.

Oh well.

Il mese scorso ho comprato la trilogia di Metro in super offerta e l’altro giorno ho iniziato #MetroExodus.

Mamma mia, che salto in avanti, soprattutto nel gameplay, crafting, ecc.!

Unico contro: passati i 30, almeno per me, il tempo per mettersi a giocare va ritagliato qua e là. E i tempi di caricamento, mannaggiailboia, con questo gioco proprio non aiutano ⏱️💀

J'apprécie la subtilité de l'éclairage en mode raytracing.

- fenêtre à droite donnant sur la neige en plein jour ==> éclaire le plafond près de la fenêtre.
- à gauche, diffusion de la lumière par l'ouverture du plafond.

(Je joue sur un Asus TUFA15 avec une NVidia RTX3070. Le jeu est en version native Linux.)
