Looks like my #metronet internet is down again in Batavia for the second time in 36 hours! They had a really good track record up until then.

#Metronet recently installed fiber in my neighborhood. I didn't sign up because I already have pretty fast #DSL for $30/month, but they still installed a box in my back yard for when they service my neighbors.

They've had technicians ringing my doorbell every day for the past week, asking for access to the back yard, and just now, at 7:55 AM on a Saturday morning, they did it again. 😡

At what point can I start invoicing them for wasting my time?
