Cat tapas once more. Trying to Get the kittens to take their yucky medicine. I mixed it in with a chicken baby food. One out of five kittens liked that. I added their favorite cat food and won over an additional kitten. The other three still wouldn't eat it. So they had to have the squirt-in-the-mouth method. I front loaded the syringe with chicken baby food, but it didn't help.

Dismayed to discover I'm out of tuna. Tuna oil was going to be my next attempt.

#Metronidazole

The whole litter of #FosterKittens is being treated for giardia. #Metronidazole is bitter AF. For a full size cat, no problem. Just get the pill kind instead of the fluid. For a kitten you have to cut the pill into quarters which exposes the bitter inside and makes them foam at the mouth and spit out everything. Although they can also spit out fluid. So I lose either way.

The answer is no, you cannot administer #Metronidazole with a #MiracleNipple. You get an explosion that does not go into the cat.
