It seems Apple Maps has done a pretty nice 3D satellite scan of the State Library station construction access shaft, cnr Swanston and La Trobe. You can even see an excavator down there!

It's a lot uglier than the drawings. The red brick of the entrance isn't really visible from here.
To get the angle in the drawings I reckon you'd need to be sitting on the ground.
