I have been in a shitty mood all day - no real reason behind it. I know part of it is SAD. Another part is the chaos that this time of year brings. The mix of anxiety and depression that these bring results in what I would call a "melt down" of Dave. The consequences of that are a "Dave" who is moody and irritable and liable to go off with almost no provocation. For someone who already sucks at relationships, this is not a good thing #mentalhealth #mh2023 #depression #anxiety
