Think devices that have a proper open bootloader are limited. I'm talking about devices where it can be relocked & verified boot works.

Current devices I'm aware of are the Google Pixels & Mi A2, although I think there are a few more.

#CalyxOS #GrapheneOS #HashbangOS and #RattlesnakeOS all have proper support for this. All support Pixels, Calyx has early support for the #MiA2

A MiA2 running CalyxOS is probably now the most secure / private budget smartphone available

As it is an Android One phone it will get full monthly security updates from Xiaomi for another two years, Calyx will incorporate these and push them onto their users.

Theres a Nextcloud bookmarks app, which works well for bookmarking, but searching them currently not great

As I said, I think things shift in the iOS / Android security balance.

If you compare security bulletins, iOS gets a lot more local privilege escalation bugs now
