ok, I'm going to say it…

if it doesn't rely on sequence,
of telling in an order,
it's not Story

if you disagree, I refer you to your own soul (who is likely a stranger to you but I'm sure would like to make your acquaintance if you take the time to meet on their terms)

there's a deeply embedded atavistic reason we tell stories in some sort of sequence, and it has to do with how we listen to them (noting listen is essential to Story whereas watch is not) and what happens when we do

anything else is mind-full onanism. It may be fun and novel and really diverting and even include what appears to be something not entirely unlike story… but it's not Story
