#ElonMusk reinstates suspended journalists on #Twitter after a backlash

The accounts that went dark included Donie O'Sullivan of CNN; Ryan Mac of The New York Times; Drew Harwell of The Washington Post; Micah Lee of The Intercept; and journalist Aaron Rupar.

On Friday evening, Musk put the decision of whether to reinstate suspended accounts up for a public vote via Twitter on his account.

Now that #ElonMusk has banned #RyanMac, #DrewHarwell, #MattBinder, #DonieOSullivan, #AaronRupar, #KeithOlbermann, #TonyWebster, & #MicahLee from #Twitter, will the doomed media platform finally lose the last of its credible glitter? Will these folks sign on, pass the baton, and prominently feature new accounts on #Mastodon? Not bitter, and not quitters, my hope is these reporters dump the moron, the con, and the hanger’s-on by pressing on to an alternative transmitter—helping it catch-on.
