Today's verdict wasn't surprised for persecution team.
He was found guilty for the crime against humanity, in fact he killed 70 Muslim men.
according to Rome statute article 77 - he is sentenced to 5 years of imprisonment time

In the case of #FriedrichFlick the #judges said the verdict. #FriedrichFlick is sentenced to twenty-four years in prison, as while there is no proof that he knew what was going on in his factories, he did nothing in his power to stop it. The #micc2023 found #FriedrichFlick GUILTY with enslavment, a crime agains humanity.

The #defence team is trying to tip the scale towards the innocence of #SimonBikindi – the tension between the ethnicities was there long before the songs were released and broadcasted. Forbidding him to sing those would violate the right of free speech. Also, he didn't kill anyone.
