I'd like to add a track from Mick Ronson's (1946~1993) solo album, the one on which he escaped the Bowie influence (and the label refused to release it) –

Good morning fellow tooters! Streaming #qobuz #davidbowie I had low expectations of this, thinking it would be a slightly tidied up bootleg recording. Believe me this is a stunning recording. I don’t know what digital trickery went into it but all players are beautifully highlighted and the rhythm section gets highlighted for its strengths. They really underpinned each song. #mickronson is on fire and Bowie sounds at the top of his form. Wonderful stuff

But Mick taught me that sometimes it's OK to rip the arse out of a Les Paul while grinding a Wah Wah pedal to destruction.
