Ich habe einen #Eisvogel gesehen.
In der Sonne an einem Bachlauf hier in #Ahrensburg. Und sein Blau, ganz besonders an den Flügeln, schimmerte und glitzerte wie ich mir nicht hatte vorstellen können, dass es schimmern und glitzern kann.

Und dann musste ich diesen Bach über einen liegenden Baumstamm überqueren, weil die zugehörige Brücke erneuert wird. Ein kleines #Abenteuer auf der 6km Laufrunde mit meinem kleinen Abenteuerhund.

1) Salads at the work cafeteria are tasty and cheap and the staff who make them knows my order now so it's even faster.

2) I"m remembering when I *had* to have 5 cups of coffee/day to feel human. Now my second cup is starting to feel optional.

3) Early morning bike rides to work are peaceful and nearly traffic free.

4) My bike commute (pictured) is 20 km and almost 50% off road.

1) Fast fun ride into work - missed being my fastest ever by only a few seconds.

2) There is something really great about starting the work day with a shower, coffee, and cold water. Really motivating.

3) Noise cancelling headphones revolutionized my life in my office. No more having to listen to half of several meetings at once.

4) Homemade chana masala and carrot pickle tonight - because I'm making it!

1) I'm more fit than I thought. Daegan and I did a 70 km ride today with no trouble.

2) SO many blooming flowers, greenery, birds and chipmunks along the way.

3) Wandrer.earth says I rode 28.5 new km today - that's almost 30 km of new sights!

4) Strangers are so nice. One called out to us as we passed to have a good ride and a great Father's Day. (I'd forgotten it was today!)

1) Picked up camping gear for next month's bike trip, much of it on sale!

2) Weather looks good for this weekend's bike ride.

3) Homemade refried bean burritos have been a thing in our family since 1997 and they are *still* great and we're having them tonight.

4) A new season of Stormester (Taskmaster Denmark) is happening!

1) I have managed to get all of the things on a very packed to-do list done - both personal and professional.

2) My bag for tomorrow's bike commute is packed and ready, clothes are set out.

3) In today's #MicroAdventure, I learned something I didn't know how to do from a video and ended up with an origami fish. This is so far from my comfort zone and still I managed to do it and feel good about it too.

Zastanawiałem się nad kierunkiem dzisiejszej wycieczki, rozważając opcję dojechania pociągiem do Poznania. Jednak kierunek wiatru był niezbyt przychylny (szczególnie, ze w wczesnopopołudniowych porach miał się wzmocnić), to też wybrałem wariant skocko-wągrowiecki. Z tym, że do Wągrowca to nie dojechałem i w trakcie zmodyfikowałem trasę, skręcając na powiatową drogę łączącą DW196 z DW190.

Głównym celem wycieczki były nowe kwadraty w okolicach Sławy Wielkopolskiej, Skoków czy Wągrowca. Skockie okolice mają sporo do zaoferowania, więc będzie okazja do dalszej gravelowej eksploracji — szczególnie wokół jezior, których jest tam bez liku.

Dzień robi się zauważalnie coraz dłuższy, przez co można wyskoczyć na małe rowerowe co nieco. Szczególnie, ze dziś pogoda naprawdę dopisała i byłoby grzechem nie skorzystać z jej dzisiejszej oferty. Chociaż, początkowo nie chciało mi się ruszyć z domu, czułem, że powinienem odpuścić..

Zbyt dobrze siebie znam i dlatego wyszedłem z własnej strefy komfortu, pojechałem i zobaczyłem piękny zachód słońca i równie pięknie (nie do końca czyste) gwiaździste niebo.

Tak trzeba żyć ;-)

Brakowało mi solidnej stówki w tym roku, toteż korzystając z lekkiej stabilizacji pogodowej, wyruszyłem na podbój nowych kwadratów.

Tym razem padło na zachód, a dokładnie rejony Puszczy Zielonki i Doliny Cybiny. Byłem pozytywnie zaskoczony pogodą, bo ani nie wiało tak mocno ani też nie padało (no poza delikatna mżawka).

Zgodnie z przewidywaniami, na niektórych nieznanych odcinkach było dosyć grząsko (miejscami aż po korbę) ale nie było czasu i sensu na zmianę trasy, zaplanowaną w komoot.

Tak czy siak, nowe kwadraty zaliczone, endorfiny naładowane... I uwalony rower, który czeka na mycie. Bez myjki to się chyba nie obejdzie 😂
