I'm trying to compare #bacteria from #microscopy images with #microbeJ (wild type versus mutant). This #ImageJ plugin seems perfect for what I want to do, but the documentation on https://microbej.com is not like the interface on my Mac👇, is there a newer manual somewhere? Or are there other programs for this?
