Microchip giant TSMC will open its first ever European plant.

The complex will be based in the German city of Dresden and is expected to be a project worth more than €10 billion that will strengthen the continent's position in the strategic industrial sector.

TSMC will own 70% of the project and will work with three European partners, the Dutch company NXP and the German Infineon and Bosch, each with a 10% stake.

I am at a point in my debug process where I am questioning the bit-stacking order in the Microchip RTG4 SERDES Tiles.

While the Xilinx FPGA documentation is very clear about how it unstacks/stacks the bits after 8b/10b encoding/decoding (UG576, Tx 8B/10B Encoder section; Rx 8B/10B Decoder section), I cannot seem to find that information anywhere in the Microchip documentation.
