The #Bokashi #Composting method is pretty fascinating. You're essentially pickling your compostables to prevent the growth of dangerous bacteria, and then fermenting in an anaerobic environment. There are plenty of products you can spend money on to get a balance of #microcobes and nutrients, but I feel like that's a waste. Spending money on greenwashed plastic products seems silly.
Hopefully I'll have some nice nutrients for the garden in a few months.
