@johnhood I'm in the middle of a fairly hefty Who piece at the moment, but I'd love to have a go at some #Micronauts bits. Just love that first run of the series. Quite like the IDW re-imagining, too (but it wasn't quite the same). Just remember the inking on those first few issues being so understated and fluid. It was actually more exciting than the Star Wars strips as I didn't think of them as canon, even at that age.

While we’re strolling down memory lane, #Amiga mailed a set of Workbench 2.0 floppies plus *a ROM chip* for a DIY upgrade.

And after writing a letter to whoever manufactured #Micronauts, they sent me a bunch of rigid/hinge pieces.

@multiverseofbadness Heh! Mine too! And boy, do I regret it now, like I regret actually playing with, and eventually destroying or losing, all my #Micronauts. If only I had been a normal, *modern*, kid and understood toys were for investment, not fun! Remember kids: Once the box is opened, all the value escapes! What are a few precious childhood memories compared to decades of compound interest?

I've been waiting to get to this series while in the Ms of the Great #ComicBook Re-inventorying Initiative - #Micronauts

This series had it all. Space opera, action, wide range of characters, and the story/art from start to finish was phenomenal. This series got me into #comics. When you call out folks like #BillMantlo #MichaelGolden #HowardChaykin #PatBroderick #AlMilgrom #GilKane #ButchGuice #KelleyJones and so many more. I read the 💩 out of this book.
