Mahlwerke aus Keramik oder Edelstahl lagen bei allen Empfehlungen hoch im Kurs. Die klassischen Mahlwerke konnten mich bisher nicht soo begeistern für das was ich wollte. Ich wollte Staub.

Habe mir die #Microplane gekauft.
Erste Versuche mit Piment, Kardamom, Kakao und Tonka...
...Staub kann sehr fein sein! Die kann das!
