In #MicrosftWord, press Ctrl-Shift-C once to copy the text format and style currently under the cursor, then Ctrl-Shift-V multiple times in other places in your document to apply them.

For #GoogleDocs, use Ctrl-Alt-C and Ctrl-Alt-V to do the same.

Replace Alt with Option on Mac.
