Tried to boot up a new win 11 laptop the other day.
They make it impossible to install without registering a Microsoft account.
Even blocking the wifi doesn't let you bypass it. They have a little prompt saying "if you can't connect to the internet get a device with network and go to this website to troubleshoot"
Or "we will get your data whether you like or not"
Had to open a command prompt window and run a command to be able to bypass it.
