Let's start at the beginning with the debut album by Pat Benatar - In the heat of the night.
Never huge here in the UK, but with world sales of over 35 million albums a true star, it was said at one time her sales alone kept Chrysalis Record going.
I was lucky enough to fly to the USA for a live gig in 2000, something I wanted to do for 21 years.
