#nursesstrike is totally justified - this isn’t just about pay it’s the fact that every single trust has at least one ward or service running at unsafe levels. Most wards and services run at unsafe levels of staff. Some wards are running with 2-4 trained nurses and 3-5 assistants/students. For 40+ patients.
