Urxs, when my #vaporizer for my #MedicalCannabis died I bought a replacement one on sale from an online shop.

Ofc this #Mighty+ Medic must have issues, too. Device turns itself on / off all the time when moving without displaying an error message.

I just cant believe these Mighty+ devices are that broken. My regular Mighty still works, just is slow, battery dead and no more display working.

That's the most frustrating experience I ever had with tech device.

Okay, so my new #Mighty is again one from the REF 01 01 MM series. I have another one which is from the REF 01 01 MY series.

Guess we are gonna see if the new #vaporizer will break down again. At least now I have a backup from a different series that I got relatively cheap during a sale.

My endless #vaporizer saga has entered a new stage:

I managed to record a video of my "err 004" Error and put it in private on YouTube.

Now I got a mail back from the pharmacy that the manufacturer is sending a new device and I can pick it up once it has arrived at the #pharmacy ... don't have to sent it this time before I will get it replaced.

The device was broken in related ways two times before and every time it was a bit of a disaster with the pharmacy with the middle management acting like "This can't just be, not again, you are the only customer with this issue" ...

Gosh I am glad this issue is finally resolved and I was spared a round trip through the city today.

I do have a Mighty+ Medic vaporizer. I bought it new in late August and the device has already been exchanged three times with a new one but every time it broke down again after about two months.

It seems like the initial series "REF 01 01 MM" is especially affected by err 004 (means device needs to be sent in for repairs / replacement) or err 003 (usually means you are using the wrong charger though that can't be the case since I only have original chargers for this device)

You can find many more complaints like this on reddit. All in all very annoying. I had the regular Mighty (still do) but the display is broken and the old power connection on this device already made me buy 5 new chargers.

All in all not very "premium" or "medical grade" from this company.

I would recommend doing careful research before buying a vaporizer for medical purposes. Also make sure to have an alternative device in case your primary devices breaks down. It happened so many times for me now.

Also if anyone has some recommendations for companies that sell medical grade vaporizer who don't break down after just 2 months, I am all ears!

Edit: so apparently other batches have the REF 01 01. Therefore it also matters what comes afterwards. My old vaporizer who broke down had "REF 01 01 MM".

I got new one from an online store at a heavy discount and this one says "REF 01 01 MY" and somehow doesn't feel like something is loose on the inside. It always felt like something related to the batteries was not properly fixed in the "REF 01 01 MM" models I had so far.

Anyway, using google and adding +reddit will show more stories like this. I found one story where the device according the poster had to be exchanged 6 times. After what I have experienced so far I totally believe that.

So I guess we will see in 10-14 days how this plays ultimately out.

Maybe it is generally not such a good good idea to not buy the very first series of a new device series if reliability is your primary interest.

That's something the company promises but apparently can't deliver with their Mighty+ Medic series at the moment. My 3 year old Mighty Medic classic still works. Just the display is broken and the device is slow at heating up.
