At the same time, I'm more on the side of archiving and managing my older posts. One option is to use your post #RSS feed to archive your older posts using your preferred note app.

You can probably configure #IFTTT to create text notes from your feed items, or something along those lines too.

The last toot I wrote was to announce my #migration to my new account. That has therefore stayed at the top of my old feed.

But I wish I had also added it in the profile before #migratinginstances , and/or changed my old profile name to "Old Account." That would have been more visible to anyone glancing at it.

My plan for tomorrow morning is to migrate my instance to a new server, over at Hetzner, that should be more streamlined in terms of configuration and at least half the cost I'm paying now.
