@johnnyunger This is a very interesting project and I look forward to seeing the results! ... I also must admit (as I mentioned in a recent post), I've got mixed feelings about the use of the term #migration to describe people changing social media. As a #MigrationResearch scholar I see some risks; though also some opportunities in terms of theory and analysis. @migrationresearch #AcademicMastodon

And they are at it, they could also pay more attention at the conditions immigrants find at destination. There are huge differences between countries when it comes to rights, access to services, labour protections etc
