24 Charges topped by Murder & Criminal Homicide of a Law Enforcement Officer against Miles K. Pfeffer, of Buckingham, Bucks County, who just turned 18 last month.

Entire incident captured on surveillance videos according to Affadavit of Probable Cause, Law Enforcement Source provided to FOX29 News.
