Just to make your head aking a bit more: The #GenevaConvention puts all responsibilities for atrocities during a military conflict into the hands of the highest ranking military commander, usually the head of a state.

A federated Army in which leaders (officers) are elected, can hence barely comply with the Geneva convention, which as someone stated correctly, has in deed a surprising low amount of cosplayers.

Thus in an anarchist army are only those responsible, that were actually responsible. A philosophy that capitalists still surprises. 🙄
