As a matter of fact, ALL #utilities in Alabama are unreliable! As a #MilitarySpouse, I’ve lived many places and none as terrible as this, when it comes to taking care of their utilities! Electric goes out or surges at least 2-4 times a month, I can’t begin to tell you the problems my appliances have bc of that.
