Good report on Aljazeera about the promise of #millet as a comeback grain for the changing environmental conditions. It’s highly nutritious and practically grows by itself with far less #water than needed by prevailing popular grains like wheat and rice.

Only problem… Can't get farmers on board with the change. It's going to have to come from a growing consumer demand for different environmentally-friendly foods.
