EVERYONE knows #Putin - like any #facist - would not be appeased just by giving him #Ukraine, #Transnistria, #Belarus and #Zelenskyy's head on a silver platter.
And it's cheaper and politically far more acceptable to give away #milsurp than to send in their own troops and then get their reelection killed by flagged coffins returning.
