#Philippines 🇵🇭: Two #ISEAP (#ISIS - East Asia Province) militants surrendered to Naval Forces in #Mindanao.

Basically, (very) short, and low benches with scraper attachments. If you don't do it right, you can get nicked (or worse) on your wrist.
