#Anxiety calls to us from the future (negative expectation, worrying about what people will think of us, fear of change, etc.)
So the best place to be? In the now. Be #mindful and #present. Or at least try to be (I know, it's not always that easy). Kiss a loved one. Smell the air. Look at the clouds. Punch a brain weasel.

So far, this summer has been all about riding from here to there with the top down, listening to music, and feeling very in the moment.
