Why do you need art in your life? The list will be very long. Today reason number 1: when you look at art, you often have to look twice, it's not always obvious what you're actually being shown. Your brain is straining, making new neural connections, you are completely in the here and now, you are relaxing....

The activity is meditative and very relaxing. She has a free class an FB happening at 10am PDT today (thatās in about 25 min). You only need pen and paper.
