Been doing #MindfulnessMeditation for about a year now—not as often as I should, but hey. I've noticed a change in how my brain works that I thought worth sharing:
When a stressful situation arises, I'm a wee bit better able to take a beat, and literally take a deep breath, then ponder the thing and let it be—I guess I kinda #meditate on my feet—before I open my damn mouth, or run the other way, or let frustration set in.
Dunno if I'm any wiser, but I feel like maybe I am. Just a wee bit.
