This thought occurred to me: "Why am I shoveling?" On #mindful investigation, I perceived #stress as anxiety in my heart and a burning in my face. I then said of the stress: "This is unpleasant and uncomfortable. Eating distracts me from this. Why don't I just sit with it instead?" So I did, then ate #mindfully, and it was fine. #NamuMyohoRengeKyo
