Oregon is mostly fed owned land. I cant imagine what would happen if Police stole that to make a fake police city/shooting range.People would be pissed I would hope. we've had forest protests as long as I can remember and I don't think anyone has been killed. But increasingly police use guns even for homeless sweeps. A friend of mine expresses the dynamics of that situation and said they would have been shot had they interfered.
Even liberal Corvallis is doing regular sweeps displacing people, while nearby redneck town Albany is actually building a tiny house community. I think Albany is the only one in the state doing that, everyone else is doing sweeps INCLUDING PORTLAND.
WITH sweeps people lose access to their cold weather gear needed to survive winters. In #Mineapolis the shelters fill and you need to check in everyday and can't leave your items there.
In #Portland there are long wait-list for shelters and you can't get in.

Also in Portland as other cities many have been displaced by the housing situation there and have lost their homes due to increasing rents. I really applaud those people because I wouldn't have the strength to continue yet they do.

Ok. Eine Sache versteh ich nicht an diesem #mineapolis sache. Wer genau wäre denn zuständig die Cops zu verhaften? Also der oberste Staatsanwalt von Minnesota ist es nicht (seiner Auskunft nach). Oder anders formuliert: Wer hält dieses Feuer absichtlich am Laufen grad?
