Another "work in progress" video. This is now routing MIDI in a simplistic way, and will allow me to select voices per tone generator.
I can start to get a feel for how it might work now.

Update: Final assembly complete (the post has been updated).

Not working: I've broken the encoder!
Not started yet:

I'm starting to get somewhere with a Pico now able to drive all the IO for my TX816-style panel for my MiniDexed.
Note: No Raspberry Pi or MiniDexed on it yet. This is just LEDs, pots and switches at the moment.
