I want to point out that there seems to be some legendary and ancestral drop rate loss in Tier 4, vs. Tier 3. However, the power will greatly increase - just lose the Aspects perk. I am not running a researched build - beyond my preferences as I go. BYOBuild. I did, however, use the Aspects and skills in synergy.
