The thirtieth anniversary of the #european Charter for Regional or Minority #languages coincides with the 20th anniversary of the recognition of the Cornish as a national minority under the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities and the final stages of the Identity and Language (Nortthern Ireland) Bill. Progress on #minorityrights and #minorityissues is just so slow!
