The 1975 Waterloo (IA) Royals were ranked as the 60th greatest minor league team of all-time in 2001. The Midwest League Champs started 41-9 and finished 93-35. Eight Waterloo players played in the majors including Willie Wilson and Dan Quisenberry. Wilson led the league in steals w 76 and then went on to a 19 year career where he finished w 2207 hits, 668 stolen bases, and 46.2 bWAR.
Waterloo would repeat their Midwest title in 1976.
