My partner grew up in #Kentucky, so every year we throw a party for #KentuckyDerby day where we make all the dishes that she grew up with (Derby Pie, Benedictine Sandwiches, Cheese Grits, etc.) and draw horses out of a hat for a dollar pool.
The house is ready and friends should be arriving soon, so I think it's #MintJulep-o-clock...
