Always had a feeling you should be doing something about those pesky missing observations? Wondering how to increase your sample size while improving precision/reducing bias? Check out our new open access paper on #MissingData & #MultipleImputation: https://onlinelibrary-wiley-com.sri.idm.oclc.org/doi/10.1002/icd.2407

Another #PeerReview finished.
Paper ~ 4100 words
Review ~ 1800 words
Duration ~ 2 hours
The key topic in my view was that the paper estimated a growth model, but did not provide any justifications as to
(i) why the target variable could be assumed to "grow" / follow a functional form over time;
(ii) or what this estimated trend would tell us.
(two sides of the same coin in a way).
Also, growth parameters depend strongly on #MissingData #DropOut

Okay, this little personalized year-end analysis from WaPo is cool, but they’ve missed the fact that the majority of my engagement with the paper is with my physical , home-delivered paper. #MissingData

Do you have #MissingData ? (Yes, we all do). Do you worry your imputation model may not be correct? (Yes, we all do!) Check out this paper by colleagues and alum from #UCLA for a description of methods to evaluate compatibility of your imputation model! #Statistics #PsychMethods #QuantMethods https://doi.org/10.3758/s13428-021-01749-5
