@kainoa @atomicpoet Yeah, search in #Misskey was turned off by default after version 13.0 (I am not sure why). I had to turn it back on in settings.

I believe end users are less concerned about the tech behind the app used (as in #MissRirica case) & are more concerned about the options the app presents.

That said, #Calckey probably needs an official app for iPhone & iPad, as searching for it in the App Store results in folks seeing…a calculator app (which may confuse users).

Misskey turns their off by default (you can easily turn it on within settings) & Mastodon requires you to implement the #ElasticSearch code on your instance. I use search on both of my solo instances.

Misskey does not have an official app, but #MissRirica replicates most (if not all) of the options on the web interface (something most official apps on other platforms can not do yet).

@aquarius @zbecker @dangillmor There should be an English mode on #MissRirica. I am using it & it’s mostly in English (a few menus are in Japanese).

I have tried #Caclkey & it’s okay & a decent fork of Misskey.

As far as mobile clients go, checkout #MissRirica which is what I use for Misskey (it’s compatible with Calckey too).

I think some of my friends would enjoy #Calckey or #Misskey more than #Mastodon, so other than #MissRirica on #iOS, what other apps support other #Fediverse services?

Okay, I did not realize this until now, but #MissRirica (a the third-party #Misskey app by @fruitriin) supports #Calckey, which is a fork of Misskey.

I was sooo looking forward to testing out the update of #MissRirica which is an awesome #Misskey app for #iPhone & #iPad (yes, there is also an #Android app too) by @fruitriin!

However, I think @syuilo is working on adding awesomeness to the site right now. Hmmm…maybe I can test this upon @stux Misskey site‽ I think he is @io over there.

#SocialHome also supports #Misskey but they only support basic functions.
