Today was a bad day for me. I am having symptoms of COVID-19. I tried to have someone call my mental health facility to postpone my yearly review that we're to have for me.

They didn't allow that, so I was forced to call. I asked if I could have a phone appointment, only to be told they're not doing it anymore. I explained that this was a major inconvenience due to the circumstances, only to have this receptionist raise their voice at me and offer no solutions to the problem.

I am very high risk. I completely snapped on the person on the phone and hung up on them. At no time was I even offered a assistance, just disrespect.

I cannot stand the people who are willing to treat the mentally disabled as if they're not worthy of life.

I already at times feel alone and unworthy, and now I've become even more triggered and upset and have been non-stop thinking about how I can't see it any other way.

I apologize for putting this here, as I truly don't have many people to speak with and even if no one reads this, I feel as though releasing it somewhere is necessary.
