The problem as I see it is with leaders having the political will to restructure the economy to be fairer & more sustainable.

Everyone manages the #community how they can and with parameters set forth in the job description.

Not unique to #communism. We have it in a so-called #mixedEconomy too. You might not see it but it happens behind the scenes.

Even the #anarcist will try to protect the sick and #vulnerable in their little community from attack. Its about #caring and not caring, not cap/com.
